Why is Vodacom still billing me on something I have requested that it be discontinued.

I logged a call again after noticing that I was charged for content services after indicating to VODACOM that I will not in any way be responsible to pay WASPA any of my money after requesting a refund from them which I am yet to receive any clarity and confirmation on. No calls whatsoever.

WHY IS VODACOM still Billing me for something that was discontinued and was not used by me. JANSE VAN RENSBURG was the lady who is now referring me to WASPA again. I am really not happy with the turn of events as it clearly shows that VODACOM is actually an accomplice to.
If this should continue where VODACOM is forcing their customers to pay for services that was never agreed upon on behalf of some unforeseen company or organisation, then I will have no choice than to discontinue my present continue my present contract with VODACOM and hence my debit order.

Please rectify by billing statement or I will discontinue/cancel my debit order. Thanks.
