Cell Phone Suspended for R 117.91

The due date for payment of my cell phone account was 07/03/13. On that day I phoned Vodacom to determine the correct amount of the payment required. I was informed that their accounting system was off-line. I then paid an estimated amount of R2300.00. I later received a sms to inform me that I have short paid the account with R117.91.

My cell phone was suspended this morning for the overdue amount of R117.91.

Has Vodacom got cash flow problems that they have the need to upset a customer for this amount?

This phone is being used extensively for business purposes and I am off the air for R117.91???

Please Vodacom, be so kind as to enlighten me with regards to the rationale behind your decision.

PS: My contract will soon run out, I thought that you might like to know. If R117.91 worries you, just think what effect a monthly payment of around R2400 going to another cell phone company will do to you...
