I sent my Blackberry Curve 9360 in for repairs on 29/1/13 due to a faulty battery through Cell C Kenilworth Centre. I received the phone back after 21 days. According to the store, a software upgrade was performed on my phone. The battery is now lasting longer, but it is still not lasting as long as when I initially bought the phone and it is still heating up. I am not wanting to send the phone away for a further 21 days, as all the phone clearly needs is a new battery. The phone is still under warranty.
