Wrong debit amount

I have two contracts on my name and they keep on activating a my gig on the wrong number.where my bill is supposed to be 600 for that number it is 2400 now because they charge my for data usage now.this is ridiculous and unacceptable as this is now the third time this is happening.i want this sorted out immediately as that money is supposed to go towards paying my rent.
