Its been 2 months since I started to complain, regarding my refund on my account. Vodacom billed me R384.30 extra from my account for a laptop that I don't have. After many failed attempts since Oct/Nov 2013 my concern has not been taken seriously. Their call centres (082) 1946 gave me a reference no S3-T9X30-01BS1 but everytime I phone they cannot see that there is an incident logged for a refund. The only thing they can see from their side is that incident is logged and someone will come back to me.
