Still no resolution to my last complaint (copied below), whilst my line has been reinstated the remaining issues are unresolved - pathetic at best!!!
Been with Neotel a few years, some time black listed for an amount that was not due and/or payable, never resolved and no apology.
Now my airtime has been nabbed, (R 121.94 from my account) and auto message requests a top up???
Decided to top up with R 25.00 for fun, bought voucher, now unable to top up, auto message on phone, - unable to make calls please top up, tried via internet, auto message - your request not processed.
This is pathetic and dare I say dishonest behavior. Good Luck guys please do me the honour of refunding my money including the cost of my phone if you do not want my piddly business.
