I had 211 free sms which I bought using loyalty points but to my suprise I was being charged from my airtime. I have called the call centre several times but they kept on saying they have logged a query and I must follow up the following week and when I do so I am told to call again the following week
I am really tired of this and as for my airtime I need to know if I will be refunded
