Having someone walk up to you to ask you what you here for to only send you into a cue, is not customer care. I would atleast suggest that trainees assign customers to consultants (a simple numbering system) and not stand around leaning on tables and just passing you off into another que, were may I add you get forgotten about. Never mind the fact that there is no demarkaction for your que, so often other customers get assisted before you do. Trainee's should also be given other color shirts, its annoying when someone tries to help and they know nothing only for you to have to re-explain your situation to the them. Its also the consultants duties to know their promotions, not for the customer to inform them. Where is the management for this store! Its shocking! And absolute chaos when you walk in. You don't know who to talk to, where to stand! Its ridiculous.
