Today is the 2nd of January 2014 and i have been a loyal customer with MTN since 2002, I have had a generally good experience with MTN but of late it has been a mission to get hold of them, today alone i have spent 2 hours 30 minutes and 15 seconds on hold and i still have not been able to get hold of any one at MTN I must say the service is pathetic!!!
