Waiting, waiting and more waiting

Firstly, I don't know what is going on with the mtn call centre. I dont know if they just don't feel like working. I have been trying since Monday 13/5/2013 to get through to them. The first time i was holding for 16 min and 21 seconds. Then I tried phoning them again at 18:30 and was on hold for 32 min and 42 seconds. After that I just tried again then i was on hold for 1 HOUR 2MIN and 6 seconds. I finally gave up for the evening. I tried again this morning (14/5/2013) and I have been trying almost all day and still I can not get through. would really like to know what is going on. All I want to do is make arrangements to pay my Cell phone account. Any help from the MTN team would be greatly appreciated.
