They debtied my account twice this month and when I called them they told me that it bounced back, when I asked fot confirmation in writing they placed me on hold for 33:05 seconds, I called on the second line they also placed me on hold for 10 seconds, I want my money back before end of business today and I also want them to cancell my credit card
