I sold my vehicle last year December and tried to get hold of somebody at Altech Netstar to cancel my subscription. I held the line for 10 minutes and 17 seconds and then had to attend a meeting. After again phoning them this year early Jan, I held the line for 10 minutes and 36 seconds before somebody answered and said that they will cancel it. I asked for confirmation and the lady took my e-mail address and promised to send something straight away. I have received nothing. Today I phoned again - got through to a service consultant after 8 minutes and 13 seconds. I again provided her with the request and my details - she then disappeared (was put on hold) and after 15 minutes and 46 seconds I put the phone down.
In the meantime they are happy to collect my money for a service that I do not make use of.
