Phone repairs

My cellphone had software problems and since it was still under warranty i took it for repairs and booked it in on the 17th of November 2013. I was told it was on "awaiting spares" status from the 26th. It has been on awaiting spares ever since and when i call the shop theres no answer. I went there on the 24th, i was told to wait for an sms and iv been waiting ever since. I want to know am i not suppose to be getting my phone back now or given another phone??
