Utterly disgusted at service received from Big Boy

My scooter started leaking petrol yesterday so I phoned back and forth to finally get hold of Roadside Assistance. After listening to 50 seconds of terms and conditions before being put through to someone that can assist me. A guy answered my call and said I must hold the line. I waited for about 7 minutes, so I put the phone down and phoned again, wasting another 50 seconds on t&c. Lerato first assisted me then Wendy, both were very friendly and made an effort to help and phone me back every few minutes to update me on the progress of the breakdown service (911 Rondebosch Breakdown) It literally took them 3 hours and 35 minutes since I logged my call to get to me! I'm complaining because I'm disgusted at the "service" Big Boy gives you. I was inconvenienced for almost 4 hours yet you still want to charge me for 15 minutes labour? I would understand if it was 1 hour 1.5 max, but seriously? 4 hours?! I'm not getting paid for those 4 hours I wasted, nor am I getting a refund for airtime wasted? I suggest you get better contractors... I'm so disappointed, I can say with honesty that I have never been impressed by your service. Really hope to see a change in the near future...
