I have applied for a Data Sim Card online and I was told that it has been approved. I then called the call centre on 082 1945 and I was told that if i have a prepaid vodacom SIM i can use it.

I thought it was a good idea as i won't have to wait no more.

On the 24th of the December 2013 I phoned and asked how far my application is and i was told that it will be effective in 24hours and my prepaid sim will be converted to contract.

I phoned again in 24hours time. i was told that i need to provide a sim card serial number, which i did. then i was told someone will call me in the next few minutes to confirm everything. That was not done.

I then called again on the 2nd of January 2014 and I was told that someone will call me...

I think this is riduculous as i can only wait for so long to be contacted
