No signal for two months

It's been almost two months that our whole town has been struggling to find any kind of signal, when you phone somebody the line is cracking SMS's don't go through and if they do the person only receives them two days later. We are trying to run a business and we are the ones that look like fools because you people don't know what the you are doing. Oh and 3G what is that we are still living in the stone ages with edge and promises for 3G. And even wheN we get edge it doesn't work. We are better off using plastic cups with string. We have lost soooo much money to lack of communication and that falls onto your lap. I have had enough of this tell those big CEO's that are living in the laps of luxury (thanks to us paying exorbitant prices) that they should try and help to keep their paychecks happy. Because we cannot even claim that lost money back. And the worst part about all of this is that you people don't even care if we leave and go to a different company.
I'm not begging any more but I am just demanding that you fix this, it's absolutely ridiculous and pathetic...
All in all in the last two months my business has lost a substantial amount of money..NOW WHAT
