Refreshing honesty and openness

I recently had ISP problems and have been looking around for a ISP.
I stopped at the eastgate telkom shop and the person in charge of selling business lines assisted me with my two questions that ISP's dont like being asked:
1. What is the throttle limit on their uncapped lines and
2. Do they offer unlimited lines ( [URL Removed] )

He unfortunately did not know the answer, but within 30 seconds he had put me in contact with the technicians that ISP's use and I had my answer. In reterospect I wish I had taken down this salesperson's name since he was very helpful, polite and honest.

If this is how telkom runs its company I am sure that I will be a customer soon :)
