I understand its the festive season but hey?!?!

I ordered my ADSL line on 19th of December. When I call to follow up on 2 January 2014 I get a sarcastic answer saying they only start counting the turnaround time from 23rd, and they are still within their turn around. The answer is I MIGHT have connection on 8th. Really??? In this day and age, three weeks for an ADSL connection? The line and everything was already there. My son and my husbands' Christmas gifts work of WIFI, and we still sit waiting for MWeb? They came highly recommended; I am yet to see why.
