7 DAY RETURN POLICY

I took out a samsung s3 mini and was unable to open any of the appications i downloaded. Four days after i got the phone i took it back to cell c and they told me that they cannot replace the faulty phone before sending it for an evalution for 2 weeks... and when i asked if i could cancel the contract they wanted to charge me a whooping R3100... cancellation fee??? im due for an upgrade at the end of this month but because of circumstances i had to take another phone out on contract immediately so now im still phoneless, unable to take out another contract to have a phone. Iv been with cell c for many many years and never have i experienced such dissapointment!!!
