My connection is frequently dropping to very low speeds to the point where i have no internet connection for a period between 5-15 minutes. This has happened every day 8-10 times. I have called their customer care, and have been greeted by friendly voices and people who are willing to help, though the problem is not yet resolved after 4 attempts. This is getting very frustrating as i cannot do anything with my ADSL line knowing the connection to be stable. I am very disappointed and feel i cannot trust my ADSL line at all.
