I moved out of 28 Reitz st Northern Paarl on 31/8/2013. At the telkom shop in Paarl mall I appllied for a dismantlement of my line 0218728661 on 31/7/2013 Giving a calender month notice for the dismantlement. Since I have moved out I keep receiving bills as Telkom have not dismantled the line yet. I have paid my account in full up until 31/8/2013. I have been to Tygervalley and Paarl Mall telkom shops and spoke to Ludwig and most recently Helga at Paarl Mall to complain why telkom has not completed the dismantlement.
Helga, on 25/11/2013 sent an email to TOC Faxes and Jake Orpen about my complaint requesting it to be resolved.
Yesterday my bank declined me an overdraft facility due to the single reason that Telkom listed me as a slow payer with the ITC. THIS IS DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER.
i am not a slow payer TELKOM cannot do their job properly.
I will be taking this matter to the CPA and also speak to my attorney about a suit of defamation.
