We moved premises in Jan 2013 and logged a call for our line to be moved from Sandton to Bryanston. To date no luck with a service. We keep phoning and getting promises of call backs etc... nothing. I phoned Pretoria on Friday as the Telkom employee promised to call me back the Friday before and they just gave me the run around. Helga in the Telkom office said I should feel free to send my complaint to Hellopeter. Absolutely disgusting.
I filled out an online Telkom compliant on the 7th March 2013 (they promise to reply within 24 hours) still heard nothing from them.
Its unbelievable!
