Was evicted from my place of residence and my business line was registered on the premises.
Have been trying to cancel the line since 20th August 2013, to no avail.
I have forwarded the company letterhead with the authorized signature, along with a copy of my ID (Director) and also the company registration letter to [Email Removed]
I have since then still received 3 bills for said line and I will not pay them. I understand that i was liable to pay the last bill issued to me for the period if Aug/Sep 2013 because the line takes 30 days notice to cancel, however, having been billed for Oct and Nov as well, is just unacceptable.
I would like this matter resolved before receiving more bills from Telkom as well as possibly having my company registered as a slow payer because of Telkom's incompetence, or even worse, blacklisted.
