Monopoly = lack of service

06.02.13 handed application for new business telephone & ASDL in at Paarl Mall.
07.02.13 received e-mail from Telkom confirming reference and account number for above.
20.02.13 Mathilda from Telkom phoned and confirmed everything was on track and that I must remember to contact accounts at Telkom in order for them to transfer my new account to avoid paying penalty for early cancellation.
11.03.13 On phoning to confirm installation is on track for the 18.03.13 (original installation date requested)
was told that there are no lines available and that Telkom would only be looking at new lines after July, 2013.

We would not have moved if we had been informed that there were no lines available - what are we to do with our business?
