I recently moved and have patiently waited for Telkom to install an ADSL line. I called Telkom MANY times, and was told that although we have insufficient infrastructure (which is very strange as the previous residents had ADSL at this property) the problem will be resolved within 30 days (and that an engineer will get in touch with me).
I'm very frustrated, and hope that Telkom can get in touch with me to resolve the problem ASAP! We live in Paarl, Western Cape.
