I do have a 2gig data account with Vodacoom. Early in 2013 I had a nice surprise of R4 000 account. I was upset and complaint, only to find that this is not a normal procedure that it will stop at 2gig. I borrowed money and paid the account and made arrangements that this account must never exceed the R149 per month and should be blocked after 2gig. In December 2013 I received another surprise of R5 000. This is not acceptable and when I contact their call centre I was informed that this is not a capped account. Now they want me to pay again this account. This is not acceptable and feels there are numerous clients tricked like me.
