2. FAILED TO HAVE SOMEONE CALL MY WIFE OR SEND NOTIFICATIONS TO INFORM HER THAT HER
CREDIT CARD IS GOING TO EXPIRE AS THEY DEBIT HER CREDIT CARD AND STILL TRY TO PROCESS
A STOP ORDER ON THE EXPIRED CREDIT CARD
3. THEY WANT A RD FEE?
4. AYOBA??? WHAT'S THAT USELESS SERVICE???
5. SHE HAS A CREDIT RATING OF 980
6. SHE WAS IN CONTACT WITH A SALES PERSON AND SHE ADVISED THEM THAT SHE WILL DO EFT
PAYMENTS GOING FORWARD, THEY THEN TRY AND PROCESS PAYMENT OF HER EXPIRED CREDIT
CARD!!!
