I have taken out a data contract with MTN in June 2013.it is a open contract with a payment of R459 a month for a router 2gig of data and a Samsung tv. I have been using 2gig of data from Nashua for the last 3 years. The first month my account surges from R700 to R2000-R4000 a month until iI stopped and changed it to a top-up contract. I use the internet for surfing the internet and social network and emails as well. I succeeded to do that with the 2gig I had from Nashua. According to MTN billing I must have been using about 25 gig a month. I queried this and have reference numbers for 3 times... but nothing, the first starting the 14 Dec 2013.Please help.
