I have been to Greenstone, East rand mall, Eastgate and Carnival mall to renew or upgrade 4 contracts. In none of these store did they have stock of the Samsung galaxy chat B 5530. On any other handsets they had 1 or 2 in stock but never three or four. I tried Cell C direct, asked them to send me a list of handsets available and stock availability. I cant get this from them. I have been complaining about the fact that we do not receive accounts before and the bad reception at my home. This has not been addressed and now it seems as if Cell C simply does not wish to have my business anymore. In the light of this I cannot recommend Cell C to anybody and I am investigating other offers from other network suppliers. Cell C simply does not care, simply does not have a desire to assist, simply disregard their customers, simply have a lock of integrity. How much longer should we tolerate this??? Sometimes it takes a thousand to protect the truth. It seems as if all the we had to deal with simply hide the truth that Cell C is not interested in us, their clients.
