Who at Vodacom is my data?

About 1 year ago, I signed up for MyGig2 contract for 2 years paying R149 for the next 24 months. For 8 months going fine, only use 2Gig or less a month so premium is R149 (1 month paid R186). 2 months ago, all of a sudden data usage skyrockets... on 25th May paid premium of R451. Phoned and was told I can put call limit on from say R100, I said I don't want to pay more than using 2Gig, i.e. R149 a month. No, it doesn't work that way I can put call limit of R100 on. To cancel will cost me 75% of remaining contract (about R1, 350). Tuesday evening (28/05) I checked on balance, it shows bill to date is R304 with remaining 413MB left for month. On Wednesday (29/05) phoned again, spoke to another agent who said this contract I took only comes with Open Line meaning I'm allowed to go over 2Gig and will be billed for this. WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THIS WHEN CONTRACT WAS SOLD TO ME, OR BY FIRST AGENT I SPOKE TO ON 28/05?? Was also told I can put call limit of R50 on, why was R100 thrown at me previous day? I asked for this to be activated immediately. Got home that evening, our account was blocked. Why? when it still shows 413MB of 2Gig left for month? I didn't reach 2Gig yet?
