Being charged for BIS, but i have Samsung???

Hi,

Please let me know why you have been charging me for BIS? I have a samsung, therefore do not used BLACKBERRY INTERNET SERVICE. Kindly advise what is going on?

ALso, i have asked on NUMEROUS occasions to please suspend the line: 0 8 3 2 3 5 5 3 9 5, but no one listens??? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE suspend this line??? It is supposed to be closed.
