VERY BAD SERVICE

On 31/12/2012 I gave in my blackberry for repair, middle Jan 2013 I received sms to collet it at Akasia Pta North branch shop 314, when opening the box the services dept broke my phone, I gave it back immediately and they inform me they will send it back immediately, whe I enquire about my phone yesterday (14/2/2013) they only send it back on the very same day that I do my enquiry (14/2/2013) thus it was lying at their branch for the whole time from middle Jan 2013 when I gave it back, the personnel at the branch said they are not responsible for the hold up and passing the buck to the repairs dept which is not true as the phone was lying with them all the time. I contacted the HVRC dept this morning and they informed me they are not responsible for anything although the BROKE my phone and I must phone them next week, this is unacceptable as MTN's personell is not helpfull and the branch said I must drive to Midrand to enquire about my phone in person. The service is extremely bad from the branch up to the Service Repair Dept.
