I agreed to an update on my current cellphone contract on the 11th of December. I was assured that the phone would be delivered on the following Tuesday. I still do not have the phone and have just been advised that they will now only be able to deliver it to me next Tuesday - almost 4 weeks later. Their Retentions Department does not appear concerned about retaining the business of longstanding clients. Nor does Autopage seem concerned about the level of service they are providing.
