They will CATCH you and you will just pay! NO!

I've opened a data account with Vodacom (as i'm already with them as a custumer) 2G 2G Night Owl was the package. So whenever we needed extra data (as i have a call limit on it so it shuts down when the data has been used in full) i will phone to topup and so one time the customer service consultant said why don't we migrate you to 3Gig per month (as we never really used the 2gig night owl part) I said GREAT but what will it cost me - No it will cost the same and we will receive notification if we are to finish the data. SO GREAT! 3gig a month is much better and we won't go over - so after that i've been receiving emails i'm overdue on my account this is strange as I'M NEVER OVERDUE! I always pay my account and its always the same. I'm Over the data usage more than R2000 (Note i pay R149 pm for my 3Gig contract) After phoning and trying to sort this out cause its crazy! Its come to the conclusion the person who did the migrate didn't do the call limit - A customer Service consultant error! I've sent email and phoned and till now (a month later) I still haven't received any feedback from Vodacom telling me sorry about the mistake or anything. I won't pay for their mistake!
