Business data/calls till today of more or less R14000.00 were charged on Business acc (Iphone). Don't have any use of data currently, and no one has come back to me regarding this matter. Ref: S3-SEA7X-XQRL. This has influenced my business in a negative way. Mr Michael van Wyk has not come back to me since I have logged this call early January. Had discussion with various IPHONE users with the same problem on data accounts in December 2012. All had a problem with access data that were charged. I have spoken to various agents from Vodacom Data Support Team (Yvonne, Notizana, Craig...) only outcome, this is under investigation. Acc dt order stopped by Vodacom, no acc received since. Last SMS received stated the same as all the others '' Your call has been locked. We will contact you via sms, email or phone with in 24 Hours" How long must i wait!!! 80% of all Customers that contacted Vodacom were informed that there was a Data problem and was refunded with extra data bundles and accounts was refunded. I am not satisfied and will contact Carte Blanch if i don't get a positive outcome regarding this matter. Iphone has been soft locked constantly, losing business!!!
