Cindy shows REAL Customer Service

On Monday i walked into Vodacare Tygervalley, hesitantly as i have had numerous problems with them, but decided to give them another chance. Cindy recognised me from having previously been in the store, and assisted me immediately. She advised me which would be the best option after explaining what i wanted to her, and within 5 minutes i walked out of the store with my new tablet.

After leaving i was expecting the 24hour activation period to turn into atleast 48hours, as this has happened to me with Vodacom before, but i was pleasently surprised to see that my tablet was activated and i was downloading by lastnight.

Well done CINDY!!! Vodacare Tygervalley, YOU NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER!
