Refuse to give refund

I purchased a Sansui etab 8" lifetab from Incredible Connection in the Vaal Mall in August 2012. The tablet started giving problems and did not want to go any further than the start up screen, I took it back in December in which the lady informed me that they do not have any in stock, after phoning some branches she eventually managed to get a new one for me from a branch in Cape Town, she told me that I will get it on the 27th of Decemer, when I got there the new tablet was still not there (this is was now almost 7 days later). They phoned me on the 3rd of January 2013 to notify me that the new tablet has just arrived. Now not even three weeks later the 2nd tablet did exactly the same as the first one, I used it only a few times. With my first tablet (not even 3 months old) and the second one about 3 weeks, I took it back to them once again. I wanted a refund but they refused and offered me a NEW tablet once again. Guess what!! When I opened the tablet I noticed scratches

on the tablet and is loaded full of someone elses' photos this after she ensured me its brand new! So much for customer satisfaction and I'm now stuck with someone elses 2nd hand goods. Pathetic!!!
