Incorrect Billing query not sorted out

I took out a cell phone contract for a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini for R199 on a special promotion. The contract is registered on R Steyn. According to the bill, the subscription is for Str Up 200 TopUp Dev 24 mnth. I spesifically took out the contract on the special for R199 on the special promotion. Now according to the monthly account, there is a extra CellC Handset for R149, on which there was no agreement.

I have been struggling for months now, going to Nashua, talking to Lerato, e-mailing Lerato and also speaking to Estelle, and still the account has not been sorted out.
