I have had numerous complaints regarding Cell C service. The last time, the individual did show up at my place even though he was stranded as his car broke down. However, he promised to return and never did. In the meantime, my Galaxy S4 phone has gone really bad. Today, I cannot even open the phone despite taking out the battery several times. Taking out the battery did have one positive effect, it slowed down the battery discharge which means the battery, if not used, last at most 6 hours and is extremely hot. A combination of a bad service provider and bad phone makes for a terrible experience and we are not even into the second year of the contract.
I am tired of this and I want out of this contract, even if means paying for the remaining portion of the contract. Do not want the phone because it is faulty and do not want the sim card because the service is.
