Nashua Mobile have taken it upon themselves to make changes to my account by adding other cell numbers onto my my account. This was never confirmed with me and never authorised by me and must be in violations of their privacy policies and the CPA. This increased my bill for a particular month from around R1400 to over 13k.
I have now been struggling through service desks, agents, other employees, finance departments and Nashua are incapable of solving there own billing mess after 4 months of trying. On top of this I recieve these other cell number statements as well.
Nashua if you get this and I hope you do, you must be the most useless mobile provider that does not know how perform the single most important part of their own business - BILLING. Please can this issue be sorted out so I can be given a contract cancellation figure, settle and close my account so I can go to an operator that actually understands what they are doing.
