On the 25 of December 2013, I used the points on my work business contract to purchase an uncapped data bundle. I had received an sms stating I had purchased the bundle. I returned to work to receive a high data usage alert and unpaid bill of R42226.74, this email was only sent once. No sms was sent stating that the uncapped data bundle does not apply to my contract. Please can we reduce this amount before my employer pays. As I will be liable to my company and will be unable to contest this amount. Please Help!!! Work number is 0834698301.
