Mess ups 1 after the othe

I saw a special advertised through Pick n Pay (Samsung Galaxy S4 mini on Smart S at R199 pm) so I went to get it (At Greenstone). Filled in my forms and handed in the required docs. I was on MTN prepaid and the consultant insisted that I had to be on Vodacom, as he could not port my number. So I went to Vodacom and did the port myself. When I returned to Pick n Pay (after vetting and getting approved), I was told that the Vodacom number could not be moved from prepaid to contract. After a week of nonsense I went to Vodacom myself and had this sorted out. After that drama was over, they tried activating my contract, and the guy at Vodacom activates my contract on the incorrect package (Smart M, instead of Smart S). The contract then had to be cancelled. I eventually got fed up and decided to go to Pick n Pay Woodmead. Found a very helpful guy but he cannot assist me as the previous eff-up is blocking my application. This whole drama has sent me running around in circles for the past 3 weeks. And now the special is over, and they still didnt get it right. Oh, not to forget that Vodacom puts thru the debit order for R376 on a cancelled contract...
