INCORRECT CHARGE FOR FLIPCOVER

On Saturday 26th Jan 2013 I bought a flipcover for my Samsung Galaxy SIII and i was informed by Shuaib that the price was R199, 00. I swiped my card and signed for R199, 00 and received my till slip for R199, 00 at 10:30am.
On Sunday my in contact service with FNB sent me an sms saying that at 10:21am on 26th Jan 2013 R199, 00 transaction was reversed and an amount of R249, 00 was processed from Nashua Mobile???

Please can someone explain to me what is going on, this is blatant and i will be taking this further should i not hear from Nashua. I demand that i get my R50 refund and i DID not sign for R249, 00.
