Cancellation of contract

I will like your assitance please regarding my number to be converted to back to prepaid. i have been calling
call centre but no luck. i spoke to jonas on the 11/11/2013 ref:1311112542875 and again on the 13/12/2013 with bobo ref:1312132561471 they keep on saying that i will receive a call within 48 hours to confirm and they don't call.

please help me
