My samsung S3 was not charging and the battery was draining very fast, so I took it in to Cell C on the 16th of November. They sent an SMS quote on the 29th to repair the phone, when I phoned them (the next day) they said the battery needed to be replaced so I gave approval. It is now the 10 of December and I have received no other communication from them. When I phoned the repairs centre they said they were still busy with it and cannot guarantee that it will be ready by Friday as I said I was leaving to go on holiday then. They would have had my phone for 20 workings days on Friday and a 27 normal days, I understand that repairs take a while but all they have to do is replace the battery, there is no need for them to have the phone for so long. Must I know go on holiday without my phone?
