I applied for a contract with a Data Bundle at the Vodashop in The Grove, Pretoria. To my surprise when I received my account it was for over R4000. When I realised that the contract was incorrectly issued I imediately contacted Vodacom. They took my details and said they will get back to me, but never did. I never received a copy of my contract either. I dont know if the consultant felt that I would not be able to read it as I am almost blind. I do have a support structure in place and have people that assist me with my business, but as I am almost blind I do have certain limitations and can easily be taken advantage off. I know Vodacom is a trustworthy company and never even thought I would have a problem. I really need assistance because my attempts to sort this out with Vodacom directly has failed. I do not have R4000 to pay for a mistake that I did not make. Please assist.
