My friend has a contract with Vodacom, he is now homeless and without work: he stays at a shelter.
He has been a Vodacom client for a long time, now he cannot pay nor cancel his account, because he is liable for a contract's cancellation fee of 75% (21months times 75% of monthly contract cost= thousands)
How on earth can a huge company not see the impractical way of expecting people who supported them for years, now in a bad situation with life, to pay thousands to get out of the situation? Vodacom would rather sue a homeless man than let it go...
