CANCELLATION OF TABLET

ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO A LADY CALLED REGARDING A TABLET DEAL, IT WAS A ZTE 9 TABLET AT R158 A MONTH THAT COMES WITH A 500MB SMARTDATA SIM CARD. I AGREED FOR THE DEAL AND SHE TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME IN 3 TO 7 DAYS. I WAITED FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS AND NOTHING GOT DELIVERED SO I CALLED CELL C, THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE TABLET DEAL HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS, WHICH ME OFF BECAUSE CELL C HAS MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ON SYSTEM 'COS THEY ALWAYS DELIVERED TO ME. ANYWAY I INFORMED THEM THAT I DO NOT WANT IT ANYMORE AND THAT THEY SHOULD JUST CANCEL IT COMPLETEY WHICH THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL DO. AFTER COUPLE OF DAYS LATER I RECEIVE A DELIVERY FROM CELL C (I WASNT SURE WHAT IT WAS SO I ACCPETED IT), IT WAS A SIM CARD ONLY. WHEN I CALLED CELL C THEY SAID IT IS THE SMART DATA SIM CARD (R39 A MONTH) FROM THE TABLET CONTRACT, SOME HOW THE TABLET CONTRACT GOT CANCELLED BUT THE SMARTDATA SIM CARD THAT GOES WITH THE TABLET CONTRACT NEVER GOT CANCELLED. I REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE SIM CARD AND ASKED CELL C TO CANCEL IT AS I DID NOT WANT IT. A DAY LATER R25 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE SMARTDATA SIM CARD. I AM REALLY OFF.I WANT MY MONEY BACK
