Complaint of service
Took out 2nd contract for a samsung tablet. Received it on 5th Nov 2013, tablet froze and had problems switching on by the 7th Nov 2013. I called on day two of receiving tablet, was told it will be collected within 5 days. On 9th Dec 2013 I called cell c again to query as the tablet is still ...
