FAILURE TO FIX FAULT ON LINE!

I had a Telkom ADSL line installed on 27 November 2013. During this period I had up to 15 days of no internet and the telephone line for calls worked only 2 days. I have reported it 6 times to the Telkom SMS Fault reporting number but my line is still not fixed!! The last time I saw a technician was when my line was installed!!
